Mac + Chelsea

Jan 12, 2016   //   by brodybearden   //   Blog  //  Comments Off on Mac + Chelsea

Mac and Chelsea were married at Southall Meadows in Franklin, TN on September 11, 2015. I’ve known Mac for a number of years and was excited to be a part of their special day.

With a venue like this, you can’t help but want an outdoor wedding…despite the threat of rain. Dodging in and out of buildings and under umbrellas, the few showers that passed through only aided in the beautiful backdrop of the ceremony and pictures that we would capture.

But once the ceremony was over, the real party began as food trucks arrived for dinner and the dance floor opened. It was an incredible night with some wonderful people and a whole lot of laughter.

We wish Mac and Chelsea all the best!

Orry + Kodi

Orry and Kodi were married in Monroe, GA at the beautiful Engine Room venue, which is part of the old Monroe Cotton Mill. Touches of their college allegiance showed up in all of the details of the day; from socks to the garter and all the way to their reception entrance…their love for UGA was only outmatched by their love for each other. As these two families came together, it was evident just how excited they were to be becoming one. It was a beautiful day and the beginning of a beautiful family.

Hair Cut Time Lapse

Feb 1, 2013   //   by brodybearden   //   Blog  //  Comments Off on Hair Cut Time Lapse

Ever since college, I’ve took it upon myself to find someone to cut my hair for free. What started off as me just being cheap has turned into a sense of pride in not having to pay for a hair cut for X number of years. My wife, Trisha, has graciously taken these responsibilities upon herself and has done an exceedingly wonderful job with it ever since she took the reigns.

I hadn’t cut my hair since before Leeland was born in September (more updates on him later) so I was long overdue.

Today we decided I decided to set up my camera and do a time lapse of a typical hair cut for me. The only difference is that usually Trisha makes me go outside for it so my hair doesn’t get everywhere. Today worked in my favor, though, because it was windy and cold outside…and Trisha wasn’t having any of that…especially my trimmed hair blowing all over her in the gusts of wind.

So here it is…my hair cut time lapse.

Jesse + Rachel Highlight

Nov 22, 2012   //   by brodybearden   //   Blog  //  Comments Off on Jesse + Rachel Highlight

Jesse and Rachel have such a sweet relationship together and it was evident throughout our time with them on their wedding day. Just watch the smile that comes across his face when those church doors open and he sees his bride for the very first time in her extravagant wedding dress.

They were wed at Eagles Landing Baptist Church on July 28th, 2012 with a reception that followed at Eagles Landing Country Club. With a wedding dress fit for a magnificent ball, a cake that looked like it was straight out of a wedding magazine, and a groom completely in love with his bride, this day shaped up to be absolutely perfect for these two newlyweds.

Jesse and Rachel, we loved getting to know you and we wish you the very best in the years to come in your new life together!
